Use a **1/8"** Hex/Allen Key to remove the 4X screws holding the Bottom Cover. The front plate sits just behind the enclosure piece. Use a 3/32" Hex/Allen Key to tighten/loosen the bottom set screws gradually until proper tension is achieved. Both plates should be adjusted such that the bottom wheel is making contact and rotating with arm use.
