1. Use a 1/8" Hex/Allen Key to remove the 4X screws holding the Bottom Cover.
Caution: Go slow when removing to ensure the threaded inserts do not get damaged.
2. There is one set screw located on the bottom of each roller plate in the linear stage. The front plate sits just behind the enclosure piece. The rear plate sits about a foot behind that, closer to the pivot point.
3. Use a 3/32" Hex/Allen Key to tighten/loosen the bottom set screws gradually until proper tension is achieved. Both plates should be adjusted such that the bottom wheel is making contact and rotating with arm use.
Note: A properly set Linear should require roughly 5-6lbs of force to move it in/out when the machine is off.
