There are two different ways that you can reset a Proteus account’s password.
To reset a password while logged out of Proteus:
- While accessing from client.proteusmotion.com or standing in front of your Proteus machine, select Login
- Enter your email address
- If not previously logged in, you may need your location ID to progress to the next step. If this is the case, please reach out to your site’s administrator or customersuccess@proteusmotion.com for this information
- Select Next
- Select Forgot Password?
- Check your email’s inbox for Reset Password Instructions and use the proper links to reset the account's password
- If you don’t see this email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder
To reset a password while logged into Proteus:
- Select the Trainer Drop down menu in the top right corner of the screen
- Select Site Admin
- This will automatically bring you to your site’s user list. Select the user that needs to reset their password
- Select Edit Profile in the top left of the screen
- Select Account
- Where the modal says password, select Edit and Reset Password
- The user will receive and email to reset their password
- If the user does not see their password reset email, remind them to check their spam folder
