Test Results not Saving?

If you are having trouble with your test results not saving it could be due to a couple reasons:

1. We know that tests will have difficulty saving exercise data if you're performing a high number of reps per movement - you're asking to save a lot of data! 

- Trying lowering the number of reps per exercises, but increase the sets to achieve the same test volume.

- Alternatively, if going for a high number of reps, you can opt to perform the movement in Freestyle. Just note you won't be saving any data in Freestyle mode.

 

2. Your internet connection may not be as stable or strong enough to save the data. You can confirm your network settings and, if applicable, see your ping time (how efficient the network is) by going to Configure Proteus. 

- Navigate to the configure page

- From here you can locate the basic internet connection information in the bottom left corner. You'll see if it's connected or not, the connection type and again, the ping time.

Note: If your ping time is consistently remaining below 100ms, the connection is good and stable. Remaining over 100ms would indicate a weak connection.

Tip: If your connection seems to be weak, try connecting to a different wifi network if possible, resetting your wifi router, or connecting via ethernet!
